One of the greatest politicians in modern Greek history predicted Greece's destruction more than 20 years ago

Greece was
the easy victim for the global neoliberal dictatorship to impose
catastrophic measures in favor of the plutocracy. The Greek
experiment enters its seventh year and the plan is to be used as a
model for the whole eurozone. Greece has become also the model for
the looting of public property, as happened in the past with the East
Germany and the Treuhand
Operation after the fall of the Berlin Wall.
While
Greece was the major victim of an economic war, Germany used its
economic power and control of the European Central Bank to impose
unprecedented austerity, sado-monetarism and neoliberal destruction
through silent financial coups in Ireland,
Italy
and Cyprus.
The Greek political establishment collapsed with the rise of SYRIZA
in power, and the ECB was forced to proceed in an open
financial coup
against Greece when the current PM, Alexis Tsipras, decided to
conduct a referendum on the catastrophic measures imposed by the ECB,
IMF and the European Commission, through which the Greek people
clearly rejected these measures, despite the propaganda of terror
inside and outside Greece. Due to the direct threat from Mario Draghi
and the ECB, who actually threatened to cut liquidity sinking Greece
into a financial chaos, Tsipras finally forced to retreat, signing
another catastrophic memorandum.
Through
similar financial and political pressure, the Brussels bureaufascists
and the German sado-monetarists along with the IMF economic hitmen,
imposed neoliberal disaster to other eurozone countries like
Portugal, Spain etc. It is remarkable that even the second eurozone
economy, France, rushed
to impose anti-labor measures midst
terrorist attacks, succumbing to
a - pre-designed by the elites - neo-Feudalism, under the 'Socialist'
François Hollande, despite the intense protests in many French
cities.
One of the
greatest politicians in modern Greek history, Andreas Papandreou, in
an interview to the Greek public broadcaster in 1989, predicted with
impressive accuracy how neoliberalism will destroy Greece.
The tragic
irony is that in 2010, his son and PM of Greece at that time, George
Papandreou, invited the IMF mafia to "rescue" Greece from
the financial crisis. But the IMF is nothing more than the Trojan
Horse of the neoliberal priesthood which possess the technical
knowledge to destroy national economies, so actually did the dirty
job on behalf of Brussels-Berlin directorate.
Here is what
Andreas Papandreou said in 1989:
In case
that we have a neoliberal solution in Greece towards 1992 and
afterwards, the Greek economy will really suffer an extremely brutal
attack from giants. We will surrender whether we like it or not to
foreign interests and Greece will become the hotel of Europe in case
that the laws of the market will exclusively prevail ... These are
crucial moments.
In the
European Summit held in Cannes in 1995, Andreas Papandreou described
the undemocratic nature of the directorate:
I want
to say that, indeed, I saw the directorate functioning because while
many colleagues, PMs were telling me privately in the corridor that I
was right, no one has spoken to cover my positions.
What is
the United Europe? Who governs it? What is our role for us, as
national governments? These are basic questions.
I find
that we go to a kind of shrinking of national power, but not on the
altar of a collective democratic process. On the altar of crises and
interests ... I won't reveal names, who have spoken and what they
said. But I tell you that there is a clear plan for the elimination
of national governments which will not be able to play a significant
role democratically, but they will subjected to the directions given
by the directorate ...
Ξεφτίλα εντελώς! Μεγάλος πολιτικός ο Αντρέας που τα διέλυσε όλα; Έλεος!
ReplyDeleteΌχι.
