Hamas again refused to disarm Monday ahead of a key reconciliation deadline. The Palestinian movement instead threatened to carry out attacks against Israel in the occupied West Bank, AFP reports. Amnesty International is urging the Greek government to scrap a controversial arms sale to Saudi Arabia, saying the weapons could be used against civilians in the ongoing war in Yemen, AP reports.
