Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, was at the annual UN General Assembly meeting where he emphasized Russia's growing 'alliance' with China and how the US needs to find ways to work within a new global diplomacy framework, rather than force neoliberal regime change wars that destabilize nations and regions.
