Η "σούπερ γιαγιά" αριστερή δήμαρχος Μαδρίτης τρομοκρατεί το κατεστημένο υιοθετώντας την Κοινωνική Οικονομία

Μετά την ανακοίνωση της δημάρχου της Βαρκελώνης - της 42χρονης ακτιβίστριας Άντα Κολάου - ότι θα κυκλοφορήσει Τοπικό Εναλλακτικό Νόμισμα παράλληλα με το ευρώ, για την ανάπτυξη του τοπικού εναλλακτικού εμπορίου και της κοινωνικής οικονομίας, την σκυτάλη πήρε η φοβερή γιαγιά των αγανακτισμένων της πλατείας Μανουέλα Καρμένα που έγινε δήμαρχος Μαδρίτης.

Η "πασιονάρια των αγανακτισμένων", αφού εξυγίανε τα οικονομικά του δήμου, μείωσε εντυπωσιακά το χρέος που κληρονόμησε από τη δεξιά, ακύρωσε πάνω από 2.000 διαταγές εξώσεων και γλίτωσε 70 οικογένειες που ζουν σε εργατικές κατοικίες σε βάρος των οποίων υπήρχαν διαταγές έξωσης, προχωρά στην οικονομική, νομική και θεσμική υποστήριξη της Αλληλέγγυας, Κοινωνικής και Συνεργατικής Οικονομίας, με βάση τις Ηθικές Τραπεζες, τα πανεπιστήμια και τις συλλογικότητες των γειτονιών, έξι χρόνια μετά το Κίνημα των Αγανακτισμένων 15Μ, υιοθετώντας στην πράξη τις προτάσεις του "για μια άλλη οικονομία".

Η δημοτική αρχή της Μαδρίτης θεσμοθέτησε το Συμβούλιο Αλληλέγγυας Κοινωνικής και Συνεργατικής Οικονομίας στο οποίο συμμετέχουν εκπρόσωποι της περιφερειακής κυβέρνησης της Μαδρίτης, των Πανεπιστημίων Κομπλουτένσε και Κάρλος Γ’, της περιφερειακής ομοσπονδίας συλλογικοτήτων από τις γειτονιές της Ισπανικής πρωτεύουσας, του Ευρωπαϊκού Δικτύου Αγώνα ενάντια στην Φτώχεια και τον Κοινωνικό Αποκλεισμό, της Εθνικής Ομοσπονδίας Ελεύθερων Επαγγελματιών, των εργαζομένων στις Κοινωνικές Επιχειρήσεις και τους συνεταιρισμούς αλλά και ... του υπουργείου Οικονομίας!

Ο δήμος Μαδρίτης πρωτοστάτησε στην διοργάνωση του 1ου συνεδρίου Κοινωνικής, Αλληλέγγυας και Συνεργατικής Οικονομίας το Μάρτιο, με εντυπωσιακή συμμετοχή συλλογικοτήτων και το φθινόπωρο θα οργανώσει την 4η Έκθεση Κοινωνικής Οικονομίας.

Αν η κίνηση της Βαρκελώνης προκάλεσε πανικό στην Κεντρική Τράπεζα της Ισπανίας η οποία προειδοποίησε με έντονο τρόπο την νέα δήμαρχο να μην ¨κοψει¨ τοπικό νόμισμα, χαρακτηρίζοντάς το "ανεπιθύμητο" και "αδύνατο", η υιοθέτηση στην πράξη της "άλλης οικονομίας" του Κινήματος των Αγανακτισμένων 15Μ από την δήμαρχο Μαδρίτης τρομοκρατεί το κατεστημένο.

Παρουσιάζοντας την πρωτοβουλία αυτή ο αντιδήμαρχος οικονομικών και οικονομίας Κάρλος Σάντσεθ Μάτο δήλωσε: "Η κοινωνική και αλληλέγγυα οικονομία αποτελεί έναν από τους πολιτικούς άξονες της δημοτικής αρχής. Θέτει τα άτομα μπροστά στο οικονομικό όφελος σε σχέση με το καπιταλιστικό σύστημα, γιατί οι πρωτοβουλίες κοινωνικής οικονομίας δημιουργούν πιο ποιοτικές θέσεις εργασίας σε σχέση με τις επιχειρήσεις άλλου τύπου, όπως αποδεικνύεται από το γεγονός ότι το 75% των ατόμων που απασχολούνται σε αυτές έχουν συμβόλαια εργασίας αορίστου χρόνου. Όταν τα πράγματα πάνε άσχημα η κοινωνική οικονομία λειτουργεί ως μαξιλάρι. Δεν απαντά με τον ίδιο τρόπο σε μια κατάσταση οικονομικής κρίσης ένας συνεταιρισμός όπως μια ανώνυμη εταιρεία ή μια εταιρεία περιορισμένης ευθύνης."

Σύμφωνα με τον Κάρλος Σάντσεθ Μάτο ο δήμος της Βαρκελώνης προωθεί ήδη σε συνεγασία με κοινωνικές συλλογικότητες 18 σχέδια Αλληλέγγυας, Κοινωνικής και Συνεργατικής Οικονομίας, τα οποία, εκτός των άλλων, θα χρηματοδοτηθούν με 4,8 εκατ. ευρώ από το πρόγραμμα Urban Innovative Actions της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής, ενώ ο δήμος θα συνεισφέρει με 1,5 εκατ. ευρώ κάθε χρόνο για να στηρίξει το κοινωνικό κεφάλαιο των κοινωνικών συνεταιρισμών και θα χορηγήσει μικροπιστώσεις.

Η χρηματοδότηση από τον δήμο της Μαδρίτης μπορεί να φθάνει στο 50% του κεφαλαίου ή της αύξησης του κεφαλαίου της κάθε πρωτοβουλίας, με όριο τα 4.000 ευρώ ανά μέλος ή τα 70.000 ευρώ ανά επιχείρηση Αλληλέγγυας Κοινωνικής και Συνεργατικής Οικονομίας.

Στόχος η δημιουργία περισσότερων από 1.000 θέσεων εργασίας σε τέσσερα διαμερίσματα του δήμου μέσα στην επόμενη 3ετία, με άξονα την κινητικότητα, τη διατροφή, την ανακύκλωση και τις εναλλακτικές μορφές ενέργειας.

Ο δήμος για να στηρίξει την χρηματοδότηση της Αλληλέγγυας, Κοινωνικής και Συνεργατικής Οικονομίας έκανε συμφωνίες με πέντε χρηματοοικονομικά κοινωνικά και αλληλέγγυα ιδρύματα και ηθικές τράπεζες όπως οι: Fiare Banca Etica, Laboral Kutxa, Triodos Bank, Coop75 και Elkargi.

Οι Ηθικές Τράπεζες θα δίνουν μικροπιστώσεις 3.000 ευρώ με αποπληρωμή σε βάθος τριετίας και πενταετίας και τόκο Euribor 3,5%, χωρίς περίοδο χάριτος.

Greta Thunberg: “We are striking to disrupt the system”

Greta Thunberg, is the 16-year-old Swedish climate activist who has inspired millions across the globe. Last year she launched a school strike for the climate, skipping school every Friday to stand in front of the Swedish parliament, demanding action to prevent catastrophic climate change.
Her protest spread, quickly going global. Hundreds of thousands of schoolchildren around the globe have participated in their own local school strikes for the climate.

'How dare you!': Greta Thunberg rages at 'fairytales of eternal economic growth' at UN climate summit

In a speech to the United Nations Climate Action Summit Monday, Swedish youth climate activist Greta Thunberg lit into world leaders for their "empty words" around solving the climate crisis and said decades of inaction have left her generation without a future.

EVERYONE is on the list: Snowden says no ‘innocents’ in mass surveillance world

Asked if buying his memoir would get one on a spy list, NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden chillingly replied that everyone in the world is on the “list” and there are no innocents in the age of mass surveillance.

Responding to a reader who joked that buying Snowden’s book ‘Permanent Record’ might have put him on a list of people to be spied on, the exiled former intelligence contractor said in all seriousness that everyone is being spied on regardless.

“Systems of mass surveillance strive to record all people, in all places, at all times. The question is no longer ‘Am I on the list?’ it is ‘What's my rank on the list?’,” Snowden tweeted on Wednesday.
The former NSA and CIA contractor became a household name in 2013, when he revealed the extent of surveillance by the ‘Five Eyes’ network of US and its allies. He fled to Hong Kong ahead of being charged with espionage and eventually found asylum in Russia.

Washington State has long been a corporate tax haven, having the most regressive tax system in the entire nation. More than anywhere else in the U.S., the tax burden falls most heavily on working and middle-class people, while big business pays next to nothing.
