Για πείτε μου, τελικώς είστε δειλοί ή ύποπτοι;

Το ερώτημα αυτό το θέτω στους υπουργούς της κυβέρνησης, που το τελευταίο διάστημα, ζυμώνονται με τραπεζίτες, στέλνουν μηνύματα σε δημοσιογράφους, πηγαινοέρχονται στο Μαξίμου και στήνουν πηγαδάκια με μοναδικό αντικείμενο, τις νομικές ρυθμίσεις για την αμνήστευση και το ακαταδίωκτο των τραπεζιτών με το πρόσχημα της ρύθμισης των κόκκινων δανείων.

Ας ξεκαθαρίσω τι εννοώ. Τα χρόνια των Σαμαροβενιζελικών μνημονίων, όπως σωστά έχει πει ο Πρωθυπουργός στη Βουλή, οι ντόπιοι ολιγάρχες, βρήκαν την ευκαιρία να αναθέσουν στους πολιτικούς τους υπαλλήλους διάφορα συμβόλαια στο όνομα των επιθυμιών και των απαιτήσεων της τρόικας. Για να γίνει αυτό, εκτός από πρόθυμοι υπουργοί και κυβερνητικοί υπάλληλοι, χρειάστηκε και η πονηρή διαδικασία της κυλιόμενης πόρτας. Δηλαδή αυτός που ήθελε να περάσει νόμο για τα συμφέροντά του, τον έγραφε με τους δικηγόρους και τον προωθούσε στα πρόθυμα ντόπια τεχνικά κλιμάκια. Αυτοί τον έκαναν πρόταση στην τρόικα ως «μεταρρύθμιση». Η τρόικα απαντούσε σε αυτό γραπτά με διορθώσεις και στη συνέχεια αυτή ακριβώς η αλληλογραφία που είχε προκληθεί από την εδώ πλευρά, εμφανιζόταν ως απαίτηση της τρόικας και μνημονιακή δέσμευση. Έτσι πέρασαν αρκετές νομικές ρυθμίσεις και εκτελέστηκαν συμβόλαια υπέρ επιχειρηματιών και διαπλοκής. Σίγουρα όχι υπέρ πίστεως και πατρίδος.

Το τελευταίο διάστημα, αυτό το κόλπο βρίσκει εφαρμογή στις νομικές προτάσεις για τον εξωδικαστικό συμβιβασμό των κόκκινων δανείων. Οι Τραπεζίτες, έχουν προωθήσει νομικές ρυθμίσεις (τις αποκαλύψαμε στο Documento), που προβλέπουν ακαταδίωκτο τραπεζιτών. Το πρόσχημα είναι πως οι υπάλληλοι που θα κουρέψουν τα δάνεια, δεν μπορεί να έχουν την απειλή της δίωξης να επικρέμεται σαν δαμόκλειος σπάθη πάνω από το κεφάλι τους. Ας πούμε ότι αυτό είναι ένα υπαρκτό πρόβλημα. Τι ήθελαν λοιπόν για να μην νοιώθουν απειλή; Η απόφαση για να υπάρχει έρευνα για ενέργειες των τραπεζιτών, να μην είναι δουλειά του Εισαγγελέα και των δικαστικών Αρχών, αλλά του Διοικητή της Τράπεζας της Ελλάδος. Δηλαδή αυτού με του οποίου την ευθύνη υπάρχει το σκάνδαλο ή η ερευνόμενη υπόθεση. Έλληνες υπουργοί και μάλιστα της κυβέρνησης ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, πρότειναν αυτή τη νομική ρύθμιση, που καταργεί τη διάκριση των εξουσιών και το Σύνταγμα και δίνει εξουσίες υπερ-εισαγγελέα στον Κεντρικό Τραπεζίτη.

Μετά την αποκάλυψη της διάταξης αυτής που προωθούσαν οι Τραπεζίτες, οι ίδιοι υπουργοί (φυσικά με το επιχείρημα της απαίτησης των θεσμών) έκαναν διορθωτική κίνηση, και αντί να τοποθετούν ως υπερ-εισαγγελέα το Στουρνάρα, τοποθετούν τον Υπουργό Οικονομικών, με την ίδια πάντα παραβίαση των Συνταγματικών Αρχών. Με περισσό θράσος εμφανίζουν μάλιστα τον εαυτό τους ως μαχητή απέναντι στην απαίτηση των θεσμών που κατάφερε να εξαιρέσει τον Διοικητή της ΤτΕ από ρυθμιστή της ελληνικής έννομης τάξης και να βάλει έναν υπουργό.

Ποια είναι τα πραγματικά γεγονότα;

1. Η απαίτηση αυτή δεν είναι απαίτηση των θεσμών αλλά προσπάθεια των τραπεζιτών να πετύχουν το ακαταδίωκτο. Για να το εμφανίσουν ως μνημονιακή απαίτηση λειτούργησαν την κυλιόμενη πόρτα που έφερε το θέμα με τη συγκεκριμένη διατύπωση στη διαπραγμάτευση.

2. Ακόμη και αν ήταν απαίτηση των δανειστών, η κυβέρνηση έχει αποδείξει πως δεν καταπίνει αμάσητες τις απαιτήσεις αλλά τις αντιστρέφει κιόλας με τη διαπραγμάτευση. Οι θεσμοί ήθελαν για παράδειγμα ομαδικές απολύσεις, αλλά η Αχτσιόγλου και η κυβέρνηση πέτυχαν να επαναφέρουν τις συλλογικές συμβάσεις αντί για ομαδικές απολύσεις.

3. Οι ανησυχώντας υπουργοί για το μέλλον των τραπεζιτών, συνεχίζουν να επιχειρούν να περάσουν τις ρυθμίσεις αυτές με υπόγειες ενέργειες και μακριά από τον πολιτικό διάλογο ακόμη και στην ίδια την κυβέρνηση.

4. Το κυριότερο, ψεύδονται όταν το θέμα δημοσιοποιείται και απαιτεί ανοιχτές και επεξηγηματικές απαντήσεις.

Φυσικά την ίδια ώρα που περισσεύει το άγχος και η πρεμούρα για τις ρυθμίσεις υπέρ τραπεζιτών με κοφτερούς κυνόδοντες, υπάρχουν εκατοντάδες νομικά θέματα που μένουν άλυτα και απαγορεύουν την απόδοση Δικαιοσύνης για τους πολίτες. Τα δικαστήρια, -όπως σημείωσε και ο Ιβάν Σαββίδης ο οποίος εσχάτως έγινε πολιτικό σύστημα αναφοράς- διαρκούν περισσότερο απ ό,τι ο Δεύτερος Παγκόσμιος Πόλεμος, την εποχή της ηλεκτρονικής διακυβέρνησης και ελέγχου.

Οι δημοσιογράφοι διώκονται ακόμη με τη διαδικασία του αυτοφώρου, την οποία ο Υπουργός Δικαιοσύνης βρήκε προσφάτως ορθή, ενώ όποτε υπάρξει ανακοίνωση δίωξης τραπεζίτη, ανατριχιάζει σύσσωμο το πολιτικό σύστημα.

Επαναφέρω λοιπόν το ερώτημα του τίτλου. Πρόκειται για δειλούς που αρνούνται να εφαρμόσουν όσα προβλέπουν οι αρχές της Αριστεράς και του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και απαιτεί το Σύνταγμα ή για ύποπτους; Τέτοιο καημό πάντως για «νομικές ρυθμίσεις» σε μια Ελλάδα που καίγεται, ενώ υπάρχουν όλα τα στοιχεία που τους δίνουν το δικαίωμα μέσα και έξω να λειτουργήσουν διαφορετικά, πρώτη φορά βλέπω. Καλό θα ήταν έστω αυτή τη στιγμή να διευκολύνουν την κατάσταση εξαιρώντας τον εαυτό τους από το δίλημμα. Εκτός αν γοητεύονται τόσο πολύ από την κυλιόμενη πόρτα, όπως τα παιδιά που την βλέπουν πρώτη φορά.

ΥΓ : Δεν έχει νόημα να ψιθυρολογείτε και να ελεεινολογείτε εναντίον της εφημερίδας και εμένα, όπως έκαναν και σε αυτό το θέμα οι Βενιζέλοι. Είναι αρχή, ο Τύπος να μένει όταν οι υπουργοί γίνονται παρελθόν. Αποδεχθείτε απλώς το ρόλο της δημοσιογραφίας, την κριτική, και θυμηθείτε τους λόγους για τους οποίους έχει εκλεγεί αυτή η κυβέρνηση.

Promoting 'authoritative propaganda': YouTube openly admits it systematically suppresses independent media!

On mid-July we wrote that an increased number of people who run independent YouTube channels reported that are being demonetized. Also, they see the number of viewings and subscribers being reduced significantly.

We observed that while the blog subscribed to various independent YouTube channels, when we go to the first page and search specific terms like "Syria", "Venezuela", "Bernie Sanders", "Tulsi Gabbard", etc., the first results give numerous videos from Western mainstream media like MSNBC, FOX News, CNN, BBC, etc. We can hardly find a video from our subscriptions, way below those results.
