Returning
from her trip to Syria, the Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, who had the
courage to "dare" to introduce a bill so that the US to stop arming terrorists, told
again the truth on CNN. He stated among other things:
Whatever
you think about president Assad, the fact is that he is the president
of Syria. In order for any possibility of a viable peace agreement to
occur, there has to be a conversation with him. The Syrian people
will determine his outcome and what happens with their government and
their future.
My focus,
my commitment, is on ending this war that has caused so much
suffering to the Syrian people.
I'll tell
you what I heard from the Syrian people that I met with ... they
asked me, why is the United States and its allies supporting these
terrorist groups who are destroying Syria when it was Al-Qaeda who
attacked the United States on 911, not Syria. I didn't have an answer
for them ... every place that I went, every person that I spoke to, I
asked this question to them and without hesitation they said there
are no moderate rebels.
As Jimmy
Dore aptly pointed in his
show:
The CIA
in Jordan training Al-Qaeda. They'll say they are not. They say they
are arming the 'moderate rebels', which is kind of an oxymoron ...
you are either a rebel or not, you're not a moderate rebel, it's like
you being moderately pregnant ...
Immediately,
as expected, the establishment attacked on Tulsi Gabbard with the
mainstream media in forefront, as reported on RT:
So, the
usual and immediate reaction from the corporate media, is more lies
and propaganda against anyone who seeks peace because war is
extremely profitable for the establishment they serve.
