Προετοιμασίες για στρατιωτική επέμβαση στη Βενεζουέλα

Ο πρόεδρος Μαδούρο παρέτεινε την κατάσταση έκτακτης οικονομικής ανάγκης και υπέγραψε διατάγματα που παρέχουν έκτακτες εξουσίες στις κοινότητες, στα Συμβούλια Παραγωγής και Διανομής και στις Μπολιβαριανές Ένοπλες Δυνάμεις, διατάσσοντας μια κοινή άσκηση του Στρατού και των Πολιτοφυλακών με προσανατολισμό την κατάληψη των εργοστασίων που κλείνει η αστική τάξη.

Το σενάριο της στρατιωτικής επέμβασης στη Βενεζουέλα έχει καταστρωθεί από τη Διοίκηση Νότου (CS) των Ενόπλων Δυνάμεων των ΗΠΑ και εφαρμόζεται κατά γράμμα από τους συμμάχους τους, την αντιπολίτευση (MUD) μέσα στη Βενεζουέλα. Το σχέδιο προέβλεπε αρχικά οι δυνάμεις της αντεπανάστασης μέσα στη χώρα, να χρησιμοποιηθούν για να εντείνουν τις ελλείψεις βασικών ειδών που προκαλούν οι μεγάλες εταιρείες, καθώς επίσης και οι δράσεις στο δρόμο και η ένοπλη βία, που ευνοούν την δημιουργία των κατάλληλων συνθηκών για την άμεση στρατιωτική επέμβαση στη χώρα με τα μεγαλύτερα αποθέματα πετρελαίου στον κόσμο.

Η δήλωση του αρχηγού της CS, ναύαρχου Kurt W. Tidd, τα λέει όλα: “η έγκαιρη παρέμβασή μας σκιαγραφεί έναν δρόμο για μια γρήγορη έξοδο από το καθεστώς”.

Τα 12 σημεία της δεύτερης φάσης του σχεδίου της CS στο ντοκουμέντο που διέρρευσε είναι αποκαλυπτικά. Σε αυτό προδικάζεται ότι “ή ήττα στις εκλογές και η εσωτερική αποσύνθεση του λαϊκίστικου και αντι-βορειοαμερικανικού καθεστώτος, αντανακλά την επιτυχία της πολιτικής μας που προωθούν οι συμμαχικές δυνάμεις στην περιοχή στην πρώτη φάση αυτής της επιχείρησης”.

Ανάμεσα στις επιτυχίες της, η CS δίνει έμφαση: α) στο να αποδείξει τον αυταρχικό χαρακτήρα και τις παραβιάσεις των ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων από την κυβέρνηση Μαδούρο (είπε ο γάιδαρος τον πετεινό κεφάλα), β) επισημαίνει τον μηχανισμό του “Εκτελεστικού Διατάγματος” (του Tidd) για να δικαιολογήσει την εφαρμογή “της πολιτικής μας” που έχει “νομιμοποίηση στο Σύνταγμα και τους νόμους των ΗΠΑ”, γ) θεωρεί δεδομένη “την διεθνή απομόνωση” της Βενεζουέλας, δ) επιδιώκει την “Δημιουργία ενός ευνοϊκού κλίματος για την εφαρμογή της Δημοκρατικής Χάρτας του Οργανισμού Αμερικανικών Κρατών (ΟΑΚ)” , “όπως το έχουμε συμφωνήσει με τον Luis Almagro Lemes” (τον ίδιο τον γραμματέα του ΟΑΚ), σύμφωνα με το ντοκουμέντο, ε) να θέσει στην ημερήσια διάταξη την υπόθεση της ανθρωπιστικής κρίσης, “η οποία επιτρέπει την παρέμβαση με υποστήριξη διεθνών οργανισμών , συμπεριλαμβανομένου και του ΟΗΕ”.

Διαβάζοντας κάποιος αυτό το ντοκουμέντο διαπιστώνει ότι αυτό ακριβώς είναι το σχέδιο που εκτελείται κατά γράμμα σήμερα και την ίδια στιγμή, δεν μπορεί να μην θυμηθεί κανείς επεμβάσεις όπως αυτή της CIA, που ανέτρεψε τον πρόεδρο Άρμπενς στην Γουατεμάλα (1954) ή αυτή των πεζοναυτών της 82ης Αερομεταφερόμενης Μεραρχίας που εμπόδισε την επιστροφή του Προέδρου Juan Bosch της Δομινικανής Δημοκρατίας (1965), ο οποίος είχε ανατραπεί προηγουμένως από αμερικανοκίνητο πραξικόπημα, επεμβάσεις που και στις δύο περιπτώσεις κάλυψε ο ΟΑΚ. Ή τα υποτιθέμενα όπλα μαζικής καταστροφής, που επικαλέστηκαν για την εισβολή στο Ιράκ (2003) , για να μείνουμε σε αυτές μόνο τις τρεις υποθέσεις.

Από τον Φλεβάρη του 2014, η βενεζολάνικη αντιπολίτευση παρά τις εσωτερικές διαφορές της, συντάσσεται με το παραπάνω σχέδιο το οποίο περιλαμβάνει αποκλεισμούς δρόμων, την χρησιμοποίηση των κολομβιανών παραστρατιωτικών οργανώσεων σε όλη την χώρα οι οποίες έχουν αναλάβει τον έλεγχο όλων των εγκληματικών δικτύων και εξασκούν βία εξυπηρετώντας τα σχέδια της CS.

Σε αυτό το σχεδιασμό εντάσσονται και οι βίαιες διαδηλώσεις. Αυτή την εβδομάδα η δεύτερη από τις δύο διαδηλώσεις που οργάνωσε η αντιπολίτευση, σύμφωνα με την ίδια, για το δημοψήφισμα κατά του προέδρου Νικολάς Μαδούρο, έληξε με βανδαλισμούς και τραυματισμούς φοιτητών και αστυνομικών. Όπως εξηγεί το σχέδιο της CS, το δημοψήφισμα είναι απλώς πρόσχημα και αυτό επιβεβαιώνεται από το γεγονός ότι η MUD δεν έχει εκπληρώσει τους όρους για την προκήρυξή του. Και για να υπενθυμίσει ποιος διατάζει, ένα στρατιωτικό αεροπλάνο της CS παραβίασε δύο φορές τις τελευταίες μέρες τον εναέριο χώρο της Βενεζουέλας.

Η Βενεζουέλα βρίσκεται όσο ποτέ κοντά στο καθοριστικό σημείο μετά το πραξικόπημα στη Βραζιλία. Ο πρόεδρος Μαδούρο παρέτεινε την κατάσταση έκτακτης οικονομικής ανάγκης και υπέγραψε διατάγματα που παρέχουν έκτακτες εξουσίες στις κοινότητες, στα Συμβούλια Παραγωγής και Διανομής και στις Μπολιβαριανές Ένοπλες Δυνάμεις, διατάσσοντας μια κοινή άσκηση του Στρατού και των Πολιτοφυλακών με προσανατολισμό την κατάληψη των εργοστασίων που κλείνει η αστική τάξη.

Η παραπέρα ριζοσπαστικοποίηση είναι ο μόνος δρόμος για να συντρίψει η επανάσταση την αντεπανάσταση.

Greta Thunberg, is the 16-year-old Swedish climate activist who has inspired millions across the globe. Last year she launched a school strike for the climate, skipping school every Friday to stand in front of the Swedish parliament, demanding action to prevent catastrophic climate change.
Her protest spread, quickly going global. Hundreds of thousands of schoolchildren around the globe have participated in their own local school strikes for the climate.

'How dare you!': Greta Thunberg rages at 'fairytales of eternal economic growth' at UN climate summit

In a speech to the United Nations Climate Action Summit Monday, Swedish youth climate activist Greta Thunberg lit into world leaders for their "empty words" around solving the climate crisis and said decades of inaction have left her generation without a future.

EVERYONE is on the list: Snowden says no ‘innocents’ in mass surveillance world

Asked if buying his memoir would get one on a spy list, NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden chillingly replied that everyone in the world is on the “list” and there are no innocents in the age of mass surveillance.

Responding to a reader who joked that buying Snowden’s book ‘Permanent Record’ might have put him on a list of people to be spied on, the exiled former intelligence contractor said in all seriousness that everyone is being spied on regardless.

“Systems of mass surveillance strive to record all people, in all places, at all times. The question is no longer ‘Am I on the list?’ it is ‘What's my rank on the list?’,” Snowden tweeted on Wednesday.
The former NSA and CIA contractor became a household name in 2013, when he revealed the extent of surveillance by the ‘Five Eyes’ network of US and its allies. He fled to Hong Kong ahead of being charged with espionage and eventually found asylum in Russia.

Washington State has long been a corporate tax haven, having the most regressive tax system in the entire nation.
