In November
17, 1973, the Greek students of the Polytechnic University of Athens
rise up against junta.
40 years
later, Greece experiences another peculiar dictatorship. During the
latest three years, human and labor rights are violated to a great
extent, protests and strikes are criminalized more than ever, welfare
state and social care brutally attacked by the neoliberal
dictatorship. Samaras' government, totally faithful to the neoliberal
doctrine, sacrifice everything for the big capital.
The Hellenic
Public Broadcaster (ERT) shutdown in just one day, was the perfect
verification of the government's dictatorial behavior, while big
private media continue the propaganda in favor of the neoliberal
systemic establishment.
