An ongoing crime
At the port of Piraeus arrived immigrants who survived the overthrow fishing vessel during its tow by a boat of the Coast Guard.
Speaking to reporters , migrants described the tragic moments lived with some of them say they lost husbands and children in the wreck.
Protests by members of migrant organizations there.
Recalled that the UNHCR issued a statement urged the Greek authorities to investigate the exact circumstances under which the tragedy occurred.
The stories of refugees arrived at Piraeus port are shocking. Those who survived from Farmakonisi Tragedy are crying and describe in front of camera how they were treated by the Coast Guard men.
"We were trying to get on the boat of the Coast Guard, they were hitting the doors and throwing us back to the water. A one-year old kid was screaming for help, mom, dad. I lost four children and my wife", said one of the survivors.
Another one has reported while crying that "I lost my daughter, my two sons and my wife. They were 9, 11 and 13 years old. They deliberately threw us back to the sea, reviling us ..."
